Guidelines for authors and presenters

Paper submission

The symposium proceedings will be published in the Proceedings of Meetings on Acoustics (POMA).

The symposium will have a customised header for the proceedings, and the template will be uploaded here shortly. For now, you can check the basic template at the POMA website.

Submitting a paper to ISMA26 is compulsory, and we expect a 4-8-page paper with the single column layout.

The first draft is to be submitted by updating your abstract submission on EasyChair by May 1. The paper will undergo a light review, and the camera-ready paper is then submitted to POMA by June 30, after the conference.

For the student presenters (first author), there is a best student paper award competition, that you can sign up for on EasyChair.

Presentations

The presentation time during the symposium is 15 mins + 3 minutes for Q&A.

Posters

Some of the submissions will be presented as posters on Tuesday evening at the poster session. There is a possibility to use a table for demonstrations. The posters are automatically signed up for the best poster award competition.
