Guidelines for authors and presenters

Paper submission

The symposium proceedings will be published in the Proceedings of Meetings on Acoustics (POMA).

Submitting a paper to ISMA26 is compulsory, and we expect a 4-8-page paper with the single column layout. To write your paper, you can use the basic template at the POMA website.

The title page with author information and abstract will be generated separately when submitting to POMA, so this is not included in the template. Hence, the paper submitted to EasyChair may start directly with the body of the text (Introduction).

Deadline for the first draft via EasyChair, May 1

Result of the light review, May 25

Deadline for the camera-ready paper via POMA, June 30

For the student presenters (first author), there is a best student paper award competition, that you can sign up for on EasyChair.

Presentations

The presentation time during the symposium is 15 mins + 3 minutes for Q&A.

Posters

Some of the submissions will be presented as posters on Tuesday evening at the poster session. There is a possibility to use a table for demonstrations. The posters are automatically signed up for the best poster award competition.
